This is the most poorly managed group I have ever seen. Have been going to this office for 8 years. Since Valora ,I have watched a steady decline of all service. Finally fed up.
Dr, Garcia gave me excellent care, but I was given a test and received a bill on Wednesday, today I received a message from them that I couldn’t be seen tomorrow unless I paid the bill! I have cancel my appointment because I can’t trust my care to a company that doesn’t care about me! Additionally, I needed attention from a doctor after hours and called for hours and couldn’t get through to their answering service! The DM owners have just about destroyed a thriving, friendly, caring medical practice at the North Country Family Practice. One person in Irving cannot run the Oil Company Medical Practice in Texas. This is not Florida or the DM!!!
