They can’t prescribe medication without having to call them endless times. I really thought of Valora as a more professional clinic that value their patients. That’s why I switched from Methodist to Valora. I’m definitely going back to Methodist because I shouldn’t have to call everyday for two week and still not get my prescription sent. Solicité una cita médica en este lugar por llegar 15 minutos atrasados ya que fue imprevisto, por motivo de tráfico, me atendió la Srta. Nathaly me dijo que que me iba a reprogramar la cita por llegar atrasado, le dije que no, que mejor por favor me cancele y me tiro de manera grosera la ventana, la peor atención y humillación que he recibido en este país especialmente en un lugar de salud, realmente no recomiendo a nadie este lugar, pésimo la persona que atiende en recepción!
