I could not say enough good things about Valor Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Dr, Monceaux was understanding. Everyone was so nice and caring. My experience was awesome. They did not run any unnecessary tests to keep cost at a minimum.
I can’t express how much this hospital means to me. My Great Dane Roux got into sugar free gum which has xylitol. She was very sick and they took best care of her. The kindness and compassion was top tier. I’m beyond thankful for them. I got to bring my girl home and she is on the road to recovery!
Valor was absolutely amazing! We had never been there and the staff showed us unconditional empathy during a very difficult time. Which made a hard process, a little easier. Highly recommend.
The vets and techs including the front office staff were incredible. My family and I genuinely appreciated the transparency dealing with the financial costs of treatment and the overall warmth provided when it concerned our dog.
