We live in Dallas, but our puppy ran away while we were visiting our in-laws in Ruston. When we captured her 4 days later, she had a major laceration on her leg. I truly can’t say enough about the compassion and care shown by this team. They made one of the hardest decisions of my life as peaceful and comforting as it could possibly be. We had to say goodbye to my “first baby,” Max, and they gave us all the time we needed to be with him before he crossed the rainbow bridge. I came in with our beloved dog due to post op complications and everyone from the front receptionist to the vet techs and the vet were so very compassionate, understanding and extra patient as I was beside myself with anxiety and fear for our fur baby. Last month my lil yorkie was attacked by a much larger dog . I drove immediately to Valor Emergency Hospital… my Bear Bears injuries were server and required immediate attention… the staff and Drs couldn’t have been more professional and supportive. My dog was in their care for 11 days they worked hard and never gave up.. they were always up front with his care and prognosis, they never rushed me.. I was able to visit every days… thank you valor
My first time using this emergency vet office and I am so impressed. I had to take my baby in last minute before I went out of town. They called, texted, and sent pictures often. It definitely made my heart at ease, knowing he was in good care. They also gave me balance updates as well so I was prepared when I went to pick up my baby.
