We followed our primary Jennifer King DNP from Nampa Saltzer, which closed down, to Caldwell Core Medicine, which was super inefficient, and then on to Emmett Valor Health. We love Dr. King. She is down to earth, listens to us and takes GREAT care of us. Her new location at Valor Health is run super efficient and is very welcoming. We will gladly drive the extra miles from Nampa to Emmett to have this great of care.
Dr. Jennifer King is an exceptional doctor who goes above and beyond to make you feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to listen, address concerns, and ensures you're comfortable throughout every step of your care. Her nurse, Melissa, has exceptional bedside manners, making every visit a calming and reassuring experience. The front office staff is equally AMAZING—friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. This team truly sets the bar for patient care, and I highly recommend them! ♥

I went to the Urgent Care in August with Flu like symptoms and was very pleased with the Medical Assistant who took my vitals and obtained my medical history but...... The Physicians Assistant who saw me next didn't even spend 5 minutes with me after I tested positive for COVID. Her second question was "are you vacinated for COVID" and then she told me there was nothing she could do for me because I wasn't vacinated for COVID and I refused Paxlovid. We are blessed to have this urgent care facility in our back yard! As a physician, I can attest to their excellent care and high value. I accompanied a family member with pyelonephritis there on a weekend when clinics were closed. I was impressed with their practical and efficient management. We were seen right away. They didn't resort to expensive imaging that wasn't needed. They didn't get unnecessary labs. They did make the right clinical calls and started appropriate empiric antibiotics, both IM and oral.
