Ansley was absolutely wonderful -- warm and bubbly personality and welcoming from the moment I sat in her chair. She's incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my hair type, my roots, and what kind of cut would give me the most volume, which I've struggled with since my hair is thin and tends to fall flat.
