Service department was great. JB Jhon Bishop was my advisor and he was phenomenal.
Have had my Silverado brought in multiple times for some maintenance + services and it has always been quick and easy. They also have great communication when anything pops up as well.
JB agreed to provide an oil change and a car wash. We just bought this car and it’s our first service and he told us the corvette is too low and would be hand washed instead. The car was kept 22 hrs overnight and was notified the car was ready. We live ian hour away and upon arrival found the car dirty with a film of dirt and technicians oil residue hand prints along hood and side of car where they opened doors. They are either blatantly lying or horribly incompetent or both. Quoted us multiple thousand dollars worth of work that other mechanics confirmed is not needed at all. Don't trust these dealerships find a good local mechanic.
