Don was great he is my favorite sales person.
I had my truck towed into Valmark Chevy, I was met by service manager J. B. and he took care of my truck needs. He was very helpful in getting me to and from the dealership. Ended up everything was covered under warranty. I will definitely use Valmark for all my future services and repairs if needed.
Had a Monday appointment. By close of business Tuesday my car still hadn't even been assigned to a tech for diagnosis. I picked it up without the work being done because I needed my car back. Won't be coming here again for sales, service, or parts.
