In shop for 2 days. Drove out and immediately acted up. Took back and they said there was nothing wrong. Charged an additional 3% on a credit card. Thought that was for small businesses. I can’t believe they don’t absorb that cost!!
Very professional, we had an appointment to have our car serviced and they were very prompt and ready for us when we got there and finished the work within a few hours.
Super impressed with the quality of service I had done. Also, both the service department and the sales department staff were extremely friendly and family oriented (while my truck was being worked on, I meandered through out the dealership and BS'd with several team members). And I have to give a huge shout-out to Jennifer in service... What a wonderful person! Thank you again!
Lane is an excellent representative for your dealership. He made what could have been a stressful experience, very enjoyable and calming. He was very informative throughout the process and helped me get everything that I wanted without feeling like I had overextended my finances.
Just recently spent upwards of $2,500.00 for a tune-up, rear brake job and a transmission filter and system flush. After the repairs were performed the vehicle idled rougher than when we took it in. So, we called the dealership and dropped the vehicle off for further analysis. Got the vehicle back and it still was running rough. Told that after injection service, gunk will be removed, and "more air will move having an effect on trim levels". Took it back again and same results.
