Yesterday it took 6 hours to get loaded, I was checked in 10:30 am and only left the facility at 4:30 pm that’s ridiculous! Will never come back!
Open at 7:30 am. I'm second truck in line. It's now 8:15 I'm staged for loading. Why is the loader just occupying real estate. This loading process is beyond goofy. There's no good excuse for the wait times. Also, anytime, the safety officials would like to talk we can have a conversation about some over-stepping that they do. July 31. yet a new low in performance here. One crew loading pipe and a half dozen guys standing around talking about their favorite cartoons. Thanks again for wasting my time.
