We are doing a cash purchase for vacant land and the seller has been going through Vallone law firm. We reached a verbal agreement with the seller before the end of 2020 and in the middle January 2021 they began reaching out to their lawyer to draw up a contract. On 2/4/2021, the seller stated the law firm would reach out to us with the contract and they finally did at the end of MARCH with a closing date of 4/29/2021.
