We were provided a recommendation from Floor and Decor to use this company when we were not able to get a stair nosing from FD in a timely manner. We called Vallin Bros and they were fantastic and fast. However, when they arrived with the product it looked different than the SKU I'd provided them. They claimed it was "a modified product from what we'd requested and it would work perfectly". Not knowing any different, I was just thankful for their speed and accepted the order.
