Our complete 1800's home remodel was down right complicated and our budget was pretty tight. We remodeled a duplex and Marcel had the BEST ideas. We wanted one floor living so Marcel designed it so we could live downstairs and tenants could live upstairs. (he flipped the duplex from side to side to up and down) Add to that our living on one floor meant we needed a lot of creative ideas for not only storage but a design that would give us the best view of our creek. We feel very fortunate to have been introduced to Marcel in Baja Mexico. He helped us choose the lot (BIG decision, and it would have been a disaster if we chose the other lot!) and designed our DREAM home! There is no way we would have such an incredible house if not for Marcel. Marcel is the best! Creative, imaginative, practical, and patient with our roughly 1000 questions per day as we remodeled a 140+ year old house. Always available, very responsive, and above all - a super nice person.
Marcel is an extraordinary designer and approached our kitchen renovation with a very creative and flexible mindset. He incorporated our family's custom needs into the design and flow of the space. What you can't see from the attached composite picture containing before and afters of our kitchen is all the hidden and subtle details that make the space a pleasure to cook in, easy to clean up, and inviting and live in.
