Not gonna lie… I have never known hunger in my life until this place until my family was able to get me TONS of groceries. Other than that, yes, the place is extremely ghetto and you can’t flush your toilet paper, but I’ve made some of the best friends that anyone could ask for. The techs are AMAZING and care so much about all the girls, especially Tracy and Mammie. I cried every day when I got there and had no friends, except Tracy. The classes were real life important. Grief, PTSD, codependency these and many more classes have me the tools that I could apply to my life. The staff is excellent and loving.
Most of the staff there were absolutely amazing but there was one that was very disrespectful. Would cuss at me and be very very hateful and she threatened me and then told the techs and counselorsthat I was the one who threatened her and they ended up kicking me out for no reason I was 30 days in and had 30 days left and really wanted to finish.
