I came to the mall with the hope to find an honest and humble staff. I did!!! The two young ladies that helped me were Patient and they answered all my question ,showed me all I wanted ro see even when I changed my mind 20 times! I can honestly say I will be coming back . Thank you for making my purchase easy. And the price was right. Thank you!
Worst experience ever. After just one day of wearing my ring, it turned my finger black. When I went back to the shop, the associate (Ramon) was extremely rude, demanding to know what I wanted instead of helping me. On top of that, all the associates insisted I pay more money just to exchange for something else. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous customer service.
Amazing!! Nice customer service, got me exactly what I wanted. Kept me updated with what I ordered.
