My home insurance scheduled this guy to come out and fix my oven. They did not fix my oven but I am giving them a 5 star just for the customer service and support. They could only come out on Monday and Wednesday and when I told them that I was unable to do those days they contacted my home insurance to help find someone who could come out on my days off. Amazing customer service. And I am sure if they did look at my oven that they would have been able to fix it and be amazing!!!
Very good company. Tom, the Tech., explained all, he was very fast and did a GREAT job!! They kept me informed all through the process!!
When my dryer quit working, I called this company, and it was the right decision. They quickly phoned me back and made the appointment for the following day. The communication is excellent, and Richard, the technician, is fantastic. He is polite, respectful and listens intently and patiently to our concerns. He did the work quickly and to my satisfaction. This company provides superior service, has very knowledgeable technicians who are dependable and honest. Their pricing is very fair and do not try to upsell you. I have been using them for over 9 years for properties I manage. I highly recommend them; you find a more honest company.
