Great one stop service.
I just returned from my 1st time visiting this practice and it was a good experience. Dr. Patriquin and here wonderful team were very thorough and pleasant. Everything was explained well and was a very comfortable visit. Thank you for your fine service.
They messed up my prescription and then tried to say the issues were because I used a much less expensive online glasses company for the actual frames and lenses. Well another optometrist clinic gave me a corrected prescription and lo and behold the upgraded inexpensive glasses have no issues now. What a surprise. A star added for Dr Patriquin helping me out on a different day with a different appointment. She's always lovely.
Cheyenne was incredibly kind and fixed all of my glasses on the spot. I’m not even a client there, but he treated me with such care and professionalism. Truly rare and exceptional service. Thank you, Cheyenne!
