Right there at the window, very friendly, as always. Took care of my needs immediately with a smile.
They make it nearly impossible to pay your auto loan. Their website is just terrible for taking payments and nobody answers the phone.
I've had a great experience across the board from the ladies working the window as well as management and the loan team.
