Elian was originally referred to us from the listing agent when we purchased our home in Northridge in 2018. He changed our sewer main line as soon as we closed escrow. Since then, he has been my go-to plumber for everything. I am also a Realtor and often refer Elian to my clients as well as utilize him for inspections. The first two times we had him out the repairs seemed like quality work at a fair price. The next two times one for a leak he couldn't find overcharged and the second time for a gas line repair that was not done to code, and way overcharged. The last two experiences were disappointing .
Hard to find a honest plumber nowadays. You get a leaky faucet and get quoted 500 dollars to fix it. Was honestly scared to get a quote when my kitchen sink backed and I needed help. Luckily someone told me about Valley's Top plumbing. Gave them a call, Leon came by on time, gave me a quote that was surprisingly reasonable, fixed by sink in no time. Now if only I could find a auto mechanic this reasonable.
