Terrible tradesman. Don’t hire Ken even if you are desperate. Started work saying it would take one day to complete, when he couldn’t finish it on the day, he said he would come back the following weekend. When he couldn’t finish it once again he rescheduled for the following week again taking 4/5ths of the payment. From then on he has constantly cancelled last minute or no showed completely with no regard for his customers. I recently hired Ken to disguise an ugly stair bulkhead in my box bedroom into seating with storage. I must add, I hired 2 other tradesmen to do the same job previously however, shoddy workmanship and cheap materials were an understatement. 3rd time lucky with Ken and i was keeping my fingers firmly crossed. We recently had to replace our shower tray due to our old one being cracked. The before and after pictures speak for itself. Ken done a fantastic job and we are over the moon with how it turned out. Shower is now looking a million times better due to the brilliant and professional work of Ken. Really great man and always helpful with the questions we had for him. Would highly recommend.

A 4 day job to complete wardrobes and bathroom cupboard to house the boiler, and this is 2 months on. Now I'm being ghosted! Contacted due to previous reviews which are all glowing! Appeared a nice enough guy but now we're left to fend for ourselves. Paid for materials £750. We've been patient through the holidays, the deliveries and the "melt down" due to taking on too much work but now we have to try and fix what hasn't been finished and correct what has been done!!! Thank Ken
