I called about a small but persistent leak in my ceiling I needed done with before it became worse. On the phone they were pleasant and said they would stop by 'tomorrow' or give me a call. Even leaving me with a text record of my information and a polite thank you. Well 'tomorrow' never came and they actively ignored my calls and messages for 2 days afterward. It was progressively getting worse, and I finally called another service in desperation. Save yourself the water damage and call a more reliable plumber
My furnace died towards the end of winter. They received and installed a new furnace within a week. They fixed the problems that Heli cool created on my AC a few years ago and got everything working as it should. Super responsive, friendly and understanding. Would recommend to anyone in the valley.
