Honest & professional! I really appreciated the detailed inspection with photos and explanations. Fair pricing, excellent communication - the best auto shop I've been to!
Don’t take your car here. They lie. Rip off place. They cracked the block on my nieces car and blamed her. They charged her for a water pump she didn’t need $1600.00 and cracked the block in the process. Now she has no car, two kids and can’t get to work. They refused to refund her money. Bad place to go.
They are a rip off con shop. They don't help even after they fix your car. My daughter was told she needed a water pump now she can't even drive because it over heated. They won't give her money and they said they need to investigate more and I say why you wrecked it. Going to get a hold of B.B.B. if they don't fix.Now they will not touch car or give her money back. And I will not remove this review until you pay her back I think you robbed her
My last visit to Valleypro Autohouse was the same as the others, the staff is friendly professional and courteous, they really care about you and your vehicle. The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner as promised, the transmission and cooling systems are performing perfectly. Thanks again
Mike was super accommodating getting me in on short notice when they were very busy. They were really transparent with the estimate and honest about how long everything would take. Thanks for saving my hide!
