Very bad customer service n the Indian lady doesn't listen when i asked her 2 take only $2 from my card n the rest from cash n calls me disrespectful when I was telling her she doesn't listen she very rude n disrespectful n I hope she gets fired she's the one in the wrong she doesn't deserve customers i hope she loses her job valley girl highpoint

Rude staff ever!! And after read all the reviews given here, seems did'nt see any changes from the management from 1 year ago!!
Valley Girl customer service at Airport West is appalling to say the least.....no acknowledgment...no eye contact...no help in change room....absolutely nothing from the girl in store......why or more importantly how did this person get the job....a friendly "Hello" or a " smile" goes along way....I will not shop at that store again....
