My grandson went into the office Monday 10/16 for a few minor issues. The first red flag was the unprofessional nurse that was taking his vitals before going back. She was talking about a kid that had just came out and was screaming and crying, and the fact she kept saying, she couldn't pronouce the doctors last name.
