Great place, friendly staff and the procedure didn’t take a long time. The doctor and anesthesiologist explained everything that we needed to know and were very friendly and professional.
The staff was amazing. From start to finish. Even when I was going back And forth rescheduling they stayed professional and worked with my schedule. From the nurses, Dr.M and anesthesiologist they all were outstanding, very personable and I could’ve trusted anyone else with my daughter’s care. I would recommend them 100x. Thank you so much. Valley gate dental surgery is the place to go🥰
I brought my autistic 3 year old in this morning to be put under and have caps. The experience from the beginning to end was wonderful. Dr Hsu texted me when we made the appointment, and was very prompt on responding to my questions in full detail. When we came in, at 6 am, my son got a bit loud and was crying in the waiting room. When the nurse brought us back she was so kind and gave us absolutely no judgment. That really means a lot as an autistic parent. Being a mom I’ve learned that just because people work with kids does NOT mean they always care about them. BUT the staff at Valley Gate were amazing. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience for me and my daughter. They made her so comfortable, kept her calm, so professional, and very loving/understanding for someone who had never even met her which I loved. They called afterward to check in on her and gave us all lot of information on aftercare. 10/10
