GREAT doctor, WORST service I can ever imagine I went into this office as an urgent care patient due to an infection in my girly parts, and not only was I scared because I had never been there before, but I had never been to this office before. Not only was the receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional, but she treated and judged me as if I had an STD and took no consideration that I was a patient. Terrible Customer Service, but Dr. Griffith is GREAT I have been a patient for 13 years and recently left because nobody will respond to voice mails or emails. The last straw was in September when I was out of town for work and I could not get a live person to talk to and was in extreme pain. I wouldn't go back! I have never had an experience like I've had at this medical facility. It pertains to an incompetent billing department. They do not know what they're doing, and as a result, you have to deal with your insurance company and this office; going back and forth and back again, to resolve the matter. You never receive any statements from them, yet, when you call, they say you're at risk of being sent to collection. I can go further, but I'm not. Word to the Wise ---- Find another medical group!
Worst Service Ever I have been a patient for the last 7 years and I was never pleased with their service. Scheduling an appointment is cumbersome, and I??ve never had an appt start on time. There is generally a 30-45 minute wait between your scheduled appointment time and when you actually go beyond the waiting room. I??ve seen Dr. Chua, Dr. Morishima and Dr. Griffith, all of which spend as little time possible with you and shuffle you in and out quickly.
Bad business I am very diappointed in this Medical group my father has been a patient of theirs for some 15 years and now has Alzheimer we have tried numerous occasions to get in touch with them we have left messages upon messages and still no call now he is out of meds and needs his doctors approval and even the pharmacy get get a response back form them this is a disgrace and a shame to the medical profession. We are now in the process of seeking a new Dr. for my father.
Great for Planned Visits I like to see Dr. Leslyn Watson (actually a Nurse Practitioner) when I go to Almaden Family Physicians. She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully. Some of the other Doctors there has been rude and argued with me. We always ask for her. I brought my daughter in one time with a cut on her face and the receptionist said that they didn't have anyone there to help us. We went to Dr. Contini and she got fixed up right away.
OK We'll every time I went in there they where busy and never on time ( ran about 20 minutes late ) and once in room waited for doctor more. The few doctors I saw over the last year seemed to be nice, knowledgeable and friendly enough.
Good for Trauma Care A couple months ago I broke my wrist playing tennis. Rather than go to the emergency room, my friends advised me to go to the Almaden Family Physicians Group. They knew from experience that the doctors there were trained to deal with trauma such as a broken bone.
Stanford Women's Wellnes Clinic Come on, just look at the title. Dr. E. Williams is amazing. I feel so lucky to have found her. She may be full, but believe me, she is worth the wait.
