Wow! Oh my goodness! My best friend Caroline recommended Valleycare Thrift Shop to me and boy was I flattered! I have never been to such a wonderful thrift shop.
passive and disinterested I am so disapointed with this DR and his nurse practicioner. Dr. M is passive and disinterested. They have receptionist who are uninformed delivering test results. They are put out by questions and give only cursery explainations for health conditions.
Poor customer service I have had very unsatisfactory experiences here over the years. The reception staff is rude. This is a money hungry place. The object is to put people through as fast as possible. This is simply not my cup or tea. Poor customer service. This is what "national health care" will be like!

Valley Medical Oncology Cnslnt The physician and nurses are excellent. They are very caring and helpful. There is always a doctor or nurse available to talk with and during the treatments they are up beat and friendly. Only complaint is the office staff can be loud and distracting.
Patient This is the only competent nurse or administrative person that they have at this joint. The receptionists treat you like crap and are unmotivated to help people which is their profession as a healthcare worker. If they do not like people then fire them. As far as the physicians go they are OK. Services provided I have been reading these blogs and can not figure out why people are the way they are. If any body has a problem getting through to the receptionist then you need to figure out what number you are dialing, I use the same number everytime I call and have NEVER had the kind of problems these people are having. Far better care than Kaiser I was a patient for 23 years at kaiser and due to job loss I started a new adventure out of kaiser with blueshield hmo. I made a choice of Dr Griffith but I saw Dr M. Kaushal for a first visit she made me feel so at home with the visit, she adressed all my concerns and make the visit actually very fun. She has a laugh that takes all the fear out of a visit.
