By far one of the worst medical facilities I have ever visited. The staff is unhelpful, systems are outdated and the facility itself is very badly managed. I will definitely NEVER return here for any medical issues. Its ridiculous this place is still receiving funding or any sort of patient list.
I visited my awesome Dr. Anne Stover who just moved to 20 Ohltown Rd at Living Well Family Practice.
Highly disappointed with my first visit here. Very cold front desk staff that seemed more concerned with what time they went home than any patients. They wouldn't give me access to the restroom and I ended up having to walk across the street to use the restroom at McDonalds, to which there wasn't even an apology when I got back. Further more, once I was seen by physician they ended up sending me to the ER. At the ER the doctor there said what I had was common and should have been easily detected by urgent care staff.
