First of all the staff is wonderful and very helpful, the low review is not for them. If you are moving to a top floor, I recommend Arrive. But if you are not, it's a gamble, I have not been able to sleep for a couple months now because of nocturnal top neighbors. And to move apartments in the building would cost me 750 dollars (which I may do bc I am losing that much sleep). It comes down to cheap construction between floor levels.
Tom from maintenance is amazing. He came to help with a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom and he was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond when he noticed something else that needed fixing and fixed it right then while I submitted the ticket. I am so grateful that he works at ARRIVE and can’t speak to his kindness enough! Update 12/6/24: I had a sudden plumbing emergency and Tom from Maintenance came so quick and fixed it no problem! He is so kind and helpful and an asset to the arrive maintenance team!

We had a problem with our laundry room door hinges. Within an hour from placing the maintenance request, Tom fixed our door! Maintenance is always super friendly and efficient!
