Poor management in addition to hidden fees
What a rip off. Don’t go here. They will rip you off. Places are old, and saw rodent dropping on the property. They will hit your for every penny they can. Don’t bother with applying. Worst sales people ever. So rude.
My husband and I were considering living in this community. We went through the application process but ended up finding a cheaper place to live. We have now received a bill for an outstanding balance of $350 for “administrative fees”. I was told because we applied during a “moving in” special, our fees had been waived, but because we did not sign a lease and “cancelled” our application, they need to recoup their losses, hence a $350 bill. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
