It can take quite a while to be seen, even with an appointment, but the quality of care I receive here is always excellent. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, compassionate, and attentive. After going through a tragic event last year, they consistently made time for me, which I deeply appreciated. Best OB / GYN !!!!
Had a horrible experience today, whoever answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude, talking about I’m always rude to them…the audacity of her!!! I have only been rude to her once in may and she brought it up lol what a joke!!! And the office manager I’m sure didn’t even write down my complaint!
I waited 3 1/2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. I got there at 8am and wasn’t seen until 11:34am, zero compassion from doctor and nurses.
Horrible service I don’t recommend at all they double billed me for a surgery I paid cash up front comes to find out they also got paid by my insurance till this day taking months to get my money back horrible horrible service
