Had to go to another gynecologist to get diagnosed with vaginismus because Dr Cox dismissed me and called it anxiety. I requested and was told I would be seen by a female for my 2nd appointment but they put me again with the male doctor. They also called my pharmacy to call me to tell me I needed to call them to make another appointment for a prescription refill. I have nothing but positive things to say about Shania! She is absolutely genuinely beautiful inside and out!!! When I tell you that Shania genuinely cares for her patients she does. She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me! I whole heartedly put all my trust in her! Shaina cares!!!! Sent me bill for copay’s they said I owe from 2022 & 2023 meanwhile they take your copay before your even seen by doctor, let’s wait a year or 2 years and try to get extra money off of people this is ridiculous and will be finding a new gyne!!
