I have nothing but positive things to say about Shania! She is absolutely genuinely beautiful inside and out!!! When I tell you that Shania genuinely cares for her patients she does. Sent me bill for copay’s they said I owe from 2022 & 2023 meanwhile they take your copay before your even seen by doctor, let’s wait a year or 2 years and try to get extra money off of people this is ridiculous and will be finding a new gyne!!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with doctors in a long time. Previously I was seeing Doctor Cox, and this time decided to see Melissa because my mother often recommended her. She dismissed my health concerns, my current health issues, and all but rushed me out of the office (I was back in a room for a grand total of 10 minutes before I was dismissed, this is with wait and conversation together.) Received a bill from Dr Cox's office called immediately to make payment arrangements when I got it. I told them I can make $10 a month payment until the balance is paid in full was told they don't accept payment arrangements cuz the account wasn't set up to do so explain because of my job situation and lack of income at that time. I had to do it like that and have been paying the bill faithfully every time I got a statement today I get a letter from a collections agency instead of them continuing to send a statement I'm sure... read more
