I have nothing but positive things to say about Shania! She is absolutely genuinely beautiful inside and out!!! When I tell you that Shania genuinely cares for her patients she does. Sent me bill for copay’s they said I owe from 2022 & 2023 meanwhile they take your copay before your even seen by doctor, let’s wait a year or 2 years and try to get extra money off of people this is ridiculous and will be finding a new gyne!!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with doctors in a long time. Previously I was seeing Doctor Cox, and this time decided to see Melissa because my mother often recommended her. She dismissed my health concerns, my current health issues, and all but rushed me out of the office (I was back in a room for a grand total of 10 minutes before I was dismissed, this is with wait and conversation together.)
