Showed up for my appointment early, secretary checked me in, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, same secretary I checked in with calls my name and asks if I checked in with someone when I arrived, I said, “yes, with you.”, she never checked me in and the NP I was suppose to see left to lunch. Can I reschedule you she asks? Are you serious? Didn’t offer for me to be seen by another provider at that time, just can I get you rescheduled. How incompetent. Never will I ever come back to this office. What a joke.
They were way overbooked. Told them my time slot and they let 4 people in in front of me who got there later than me. One receptionist was helpful in getting people in and one was not, and I got unlucky. Had to go to work, even though they told me I couldn’t make an appointment for what I was going in for. I waited an hour and a half for something that should’ve taken 5 minutes for some lab work. Also I didn’t feel like the OB’s were very helpful in addressing my concerns in a previous visit. Ive been trying to schedule for weeks but anytime I call no one answers the RECEPTIONIST desk. Will be looking for a new Dr's office.
I regret not reading reviews before attempting to establish care here. The reviews are accurate and the recurring themes throughout the reviews are obvious indicators what the issues are. I had 3 previous home births with midwives and I work as a doula as well as a midwives assistant in the birth community. My sister in law recently had an appointment where she said she felt she wasn’t listened to at all and they minimized her problems. She explained she has terrible period cramping to the point where she can’t function and has to take time off to be at home where she lays in the fetal position. Her older sister is diagnosed with endometriosis and even she doesn’t have period cramping as bad as my sister in law.
