Shouldn’t take an entire hour to go back when showing up on time! Especially when people show up after you and they get called back first its bs
If you care about your significant other please make the drive to another office. This place is pathetic. From the doctors to the nurses and the receptionist they are all very incompetent. They like to tell women they are at risk and then never have times open on days the doctors says they are needed to be seen. This is a sad place to be considered a doctors office for women. On June 14th I went to the ER due to bleeding during pregnancy. I was told I was miscarrying or had an ectopic ovarian pregnancy. They called the Dr. on call (Doctor Tracy) and he said he couldn’t confirm whether or not it was an ectopic. They sent me home with strict instructions on contacting his office as soon as possible to figure out it if is ectopic and getting an appointment . Midwives? Fantastic. Everyone else is a joke to get into for a first ultrasound! They’ve done nothing but give me the runaround. So sad, I’ll be retiring Valley Women’s. They used to be great.
This isn't a medical care facility, it's an appointment fulfillment center. I have had 3 pregnancies with them and hated it. With my most recent pregnancy, I've been experiencing severe abdominal and back pain. I went to Urgent Care where they suggested I get an ultrasound somewhere. So I called my OB's office, here at VWH, and explained it all to them. They got me in that day, but when I arrived and met with the nurse, she told me she wouldn't do an ultrasound because it must be scheduled days in advance. I was there, had a... read more
