My appointment itself was handled perfectly by Dr. Bertoldo and the assistants. They were all very respectful and helpful and when i was nervous to get my IUD removed the doctor was very respectful and accommodating. The only issue i had was with the front end receptionists, who had me refill out paper forms that were identical to the ones i had already done online, and took quite awhile to figure out how to get my insurance put into the computer. Dr Bertoldo is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and patient. Clinic itself does have some issues, however. Long wait times. And some poor patient interactions. We had some issues with billing our insurance. My wife called a lady in the billing department here to figure out what had happened and why our insurance wasn’t processing the claim and the lady was rude to her and called my pregnant wife “incompetent.” I get having a bad day and maybe not sounding chipper on the phone but calling a patient incompetent because you a... read more
I’ve been going here for 4 years and I have loved my doctor, Kristin Craig. I have not been a fan of some of the front desk ladies, they have told me conflicting information from what my doctor has. One of them tried to convince me that I could not get an elective ultrasound, even if I paid for it. She eventually scheduled one for me after I called back and her excuse was that she didn’t know my insurance situation. Very friendly and empathetic staff. I had a 10/10 surgical experience with Dr. Craig. I felt respected and cared for the entire process from start to finish. It's usually pretty easy to get in for an appointment too which is a big plus nowadays.
