I give 5 for the nurses and for the Saratoga Springs office, Lehi on the other hand in Holy cross hospital has a rude receptionist who has the worst attitude I’ve encountered in a medical office. Not helpful without needing to match her energy and be snappy back in order to get less than decent help.
