I've been going to Valley Women's health for years. For some reason my appointment was made at the Lehi office. I usually go to the AF office. I pulled up the Lehi so I could get the address. I was surprsed by all the terrible reviews and became skeptical about going to this office. When I checked in the staff as polite to me. As I waited for my appointment, I was very observant on how the staff treated each person who came in. What I noticed is that the staff was polite to each patient no matter what walk of life they come ... read more

Never pick up calls after morning 9am literally. Had to send my spouse in person to see why and they front desk was doing nothing but gossiping with each other instead of picking up call they send you to already full voice box past 9:30am. You can be having any anxiety regarding your pregnancy or Questions. Well Too bad. This office will make you check into an ER for a simple solution or answer. What a joke for women’s health. So sad I lost my select health and have to deal with this office had the best obgyn and can’t see h... read more

The office staff here is very unkind, and patronizing. I was told by an ER doctor that I needed to try to be seen ASAP after SEEING results from a CT scan and ultrasound. I can’t go to the provider I usually go to due to insurance coverage, so decided to try this provider. I ended up cancelling my appt. Because the office staff treated me horrible, and the woman on the phone was very snappy and short with me. No professional at all.

People don’t like that they get scheduled with different doctors, which I get. But I always just ASK to see a specific one and it almost always works with my schedule. I started off seeing all different ones so I could pick my favorite (Dr Haskett!!) but all were great except Dr Cloward. She was impatient, critical of other doctor’s opinions and didn’t give me any help when I needed it. But other than that, I’ve enjoyed my experience here.

Dr Haskett was awesome! I would recommend him but sadly the reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the front office staff. We were greeted by a very cold receptionist who I honestly felt bad for because maybe she was having a bad day but she was very short with us and was frankly just rude. I feel bad to put that here but because of that we will not be returning. Having a baby should be an exciting thing, and you should feel supported by those at the office that will be caring for you for 9 months! Sorry:(
