The ultrasounds was a very bad and painful experience and this lady is a much older lady that's white completed she is the reason why I'm switching doctor although the docs and other staff I've came across are nice just sad that this was supposed to be a special moment and like the Grinch this lady acts she ruined that for my family i should have looked up the reviews before anything the old Grinch needs to retire before they loose all there patients
Do not recommend Nurse practitioner Susan Brown. Horrible bedside manner and crosses the line from patient & family/professional boundaries. Believes she is above the patient or families wishes. Although the clinic and its other professionals may be fine, I would not recommend this so called professional to anyone.
Im on my second pregnancy with VWC and honestly my first pregnancy with them wasnt the greatest. But the women have honestly improved their attitudes since then. And after switching doctors, i feel like im getting the proper attention.
Dr Cohen was recommended by a friend and Iam so very thankful I did, he treated me for my infertility issues I had been dealing with all my life, he was very knowledgeable and professional, months later I had a surgery and treatment for my infertility and 2 months later I was pregnant with my first son, Iam so very thankful and highly recommend him , miracle worker for sure
I tried to get information by phone and had the worst customer service I could get. Not helpful whatsoever, and the person behind the phone was speaking like she didn't care what I was saying. Disappointing.
I've never had an employee at a medical facility speak so harshly and unkindly to me. They treated me like I was an idiot and didn't even give me a proper diagnosis. A total po-dunk operation.
