Very disappointed in this company We were so excited when they came out and estimated new outdoor lighting to our home on November 24th with the assurance we’d have our lights installed for the holidays — install date on our invoice was 12/13/24. After numerous attempts to reach James with no response when our lights weren’t installed on this day, I got a hold of James and we had a conversation/agreement that even if our lights were installed after the holidays, we still very much wanted them.
