I came to this facility to buy my brothers car that had got impounded. I addressed the employee in a nice manner and said I came to see about my brothers car. He immediately says, in a rude way, "I'm not sailing you your brothers car!" I tell him, "you haven't even heard my proposal." He replies, " I don't need to!" So, I cuss his ass out because he had no logical explanation on why I can't buy the car.
