I had surgery almost two years ago, and yesterday I received a hefty bill from this company. It was the first I ever heard from them. Who takes that long to bill a patient? I should have been told the day of surgery or the day before. Bad economic times are fueling this sort of tomfoolery.
This company is absolute fraud. My insurance says I owe absolutely nothing because I have maxed out my deductible as well as I have proof of my EOB and a full breakdown of the claim stating I owe nothing. They are trying to gauge me for almost $250 Threatening to report me to collections. Do not pay their requests always check with insurance. I will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau On top of it, I might consider legal action if they threaten me one more time

Like many others have said, this company is dishonest. I received a bill 4 months after a surgery I had that was for seven times what the explanation of benefits for my insurance stated. It took multiple contacts from my insurance company and a complaint to the Arizona attorney general's office for them to finally reduce the bill to the correct amount.
Using a loophole to bill extra outside of insurance coverage and harassing to collect. Very unethical company.
