Called today to see if they tested water. Was told yes and confirmed no charge for this service. When I got to store with sample I was told I was required to have an account with them to have water test service. This was not explained during phone inquiry. Said I needed to know how many gallons pool holds, pool surface, and many other details about pool to open account which I did not have. SCAM. Just trying to gain info. in order to upsell on their products. This is not needed for water test. Very poor customer service. Bad... read more
It’s 4th of July. I’m standing outside the store looking at their 4th of July hours that says they’re open from 9-5pm today. The store is locked and no one is here! It is 9:30am.
