Some of the other posts are highly critical of valley wide in ordway. I sadly have to agree on many of the points made at the time they were written. My experience in the last is that this clinic has stabilized and even exceeded expectations. They have good people at the front who know what they are doing. Bob's staff is incredibly awesome. It used to be decent. Now, It's so poorly run, poor Bob is so overworked. There is no second provider. The front desk is incompetent and could care less about anything but themselves. The main office is argumentative and gas light and double down about their precious system instead of listening and finding creative solutions. Plus it seems to me they could give a rats arse if this clinic remains open or not. They don't care about rural quite obviously.
