Company was great through install but they messed up the sashes in our windows and told us they would reorder new ones. We paid them most of the money that was due and now they have ghosted us for over a year now and have not corrected the windows. Very sad that they took this route. Would not recommend them again.

My experience with this company is a minus. What person/company does not do the work they promise to do and will not return the deposit. It's been over a year. Ignored calls and communications. Keeps changing the date they will start. By not returning my deposit I would call that fraud/stealing.

Avoid this company! I had new windows installed July of 2022 and Casey and his team were great with the install. A few months after they were installed, I told Casey that the screens on the bay window were not fitting tight, as bugs kept coming through the gaps. He said that he reached out to the manufacturer and that’s how they were supposed to be but offered a fix. Please stay clear of this company at all costs! We contacted VWE fall of 2022 when tree fell on our house during a storm. Aria came to the house and was wonderful. We picked our windows and door that needed to be replaced and gave them our $5000 deposit and all seemed to be well. Weeks and then months went by. No windows and very little communication. We highly recommend Casey and Valley Wide Exteriors. Casey met with us to discuss our siding job. He brought over samples and helped us select the perfect color and style of siding and accents for our home. Since we knew we were having multiple projects done this summer, we needed someone willing to work with us on timing the siding job appropriately and he was able to do that.
