We used to enjoy taking our pets to Valley Walk but things have really gone down hill over the past 6 months to a year. A new vet, Dr. Sam Rape, was added to the team. She was unpleasant to deal with & extremely abrasive. She wanted to add on services that ran the cost up, regarding things that did not pertain to my visit. Dr. Holtzclaw has become arrogant and speaks to his clientele in a condescending and rude manner. He talks over you, does not listen and has a poor bedside manner.
