Residents Verbally Mocked And Screamed At For Wet Beds. Overnight Lady Refuses EMS Services For Residents Who End Up Hospitalized Within 24 Hours. My dad has dementia and lived at valley vista. They are so caring and always made me and my dad feel safe and cared for. They are like a big family always trying to make the residents feel special with birthday cakes, holiday parties, etc. My dad has since entered a nursing home facility and I am devastated that he had to leave valley vista. The staff are patient and always have a smile on their faces. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants their lived one safe and cared for with compassion.

There is bottom of the Barrel Below that is Valley Vista. How The Place Hasn’t Been Shut Down By The State Is Sheer Luck Or Payoffs. Places like Omsbudsman And Ulster County Dept. Of Health Should Be Investigated For Allowing Them To Operate. One Day It Will Come Back To Them They Rely On Residents Mental Capacity Not Being Credible, Listen When Their Residents Speak Even With Advanced Dementia Their Not Imagining The Abuse.
