My mother in law loves this place.Great staff, residence are kind. The food needs to improve .it recently changed with food. PLEASE IMOROVE THE FOOD NOW

Residents Verbally Mocked And Screamed At For Wet Beds. Overnight Lady Refuses EMS Services For Residents Who End Up Hospitalized Within 24 Hours. Physical, Verbal Abuse Threaten Residents Wanting To Leave They Will Inform Facilities Of Creating Problems That Don’t Exist Reducing Chances Of Transfer Acceptance. My dad has dementia and lived at valley vista. They are so caring and always made me and my dad feel safe and cared for. They are like a big family always trying to make the residents feel special with birthday cakes, holiday parties, etc. My dad has since entered a nursing home facility and I am devastated that he had to leave valley vista. The staff are patient and always have a smile on their faces. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants their lived one safe and cared for with compassion.
