I had an amazing visit. It was my first time at this office. The front desk staff were kind and patient. The doctor was efficient, kind, and took the time to educate me on what he was looking at. I can’t say enough good things about my eye doctor and their team. They truly go above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. From scheduling to the appointment itself, they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel taken care of. What really stands out is how willing they are to go the extra mile, whether it’s helping you find the best options or working with your schedule. Everything was good. They got me in right away for my issue I had. They all are very professional and they make you feel welcome and I would recommend valley vision. The doctor,s and staff are excellent.
