Everything was good. They got me in right away for my issue I had. They all are very professional and they make you feel welcome and I would recommend valley vision. The doctor,s and staff are excellent.
Really good experience. Dr. Graf took my experience seriously and was very helpful in explaining exactly what was going on with my vision and helping me choose frames. Some of the staff was also very helpful in adjusting my glasses for the perfect fit. I walked out the same day with my new glasses. As someone without vision insurance it was supringsly affordable and I was kept informed the entire time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you feel welcome, heard, and well taken care of. They go above and beyond to answer questions and help you find exactly what you need. I can’t recommend them enough—top-notch care in every way!
We love Dr. Graf and his team at Valley Vision! I have been coming here since I first got contacts and glasses maybe 10 years ago and now I bring my own family! They always help us find everything that we need and are so accommodating! We would highly recommend going to them for all your eye needs! (They are so great with young kids too!)
