I contacted him on Instagram about my daughter’s 10th Generation 10.9-inch iPad after the screen was completely shattered. He responded almost immediately, asked all the right questions about the iPad model and whether the damage was to the glass, the LCD, or both, and then gave me a very fair and reasonable price.
