Mostly quiet and safe place. But that says more about Platteville as a city than this park. The rules are unevenly applied to residents. People speed like crazy through the park, my car was hit while parked in my carport. Zero communication from management about complaints, only rent involved questions. I am trying to finish the remodel as fast as possible to sell and get out of here. I do not recommend this place.
I'm home and it feels great. It's clean, quiet and I've met lots of very nice people.
