I have a friend that lives here but is about to move out; decent apartments for low-income persons/families; close enough to town without being right in the middle of it
These apartments are on government subsidized for low income families, senior citizens & people with disabilities. They used to be cared for quite well, with little complaints. The management company was changed a while back & now they don’t upkeep the place as well. The laundry room is neglected, the landscape has minimal attention, they removed access to all residents outdoor watering means & I’m guessing more. Is this legal.
