We have been loyal customers for YEARS and truly consider Valley Villa our favorite place for ice cream and I suggest it to everyone we know. But we have gone three times this year and have been so disappointed! For example; I ALWAYS get the double bubble rebel peanut butter sundae and every time we have gone this year it has gotten smaller and smaller. I have been going to Valley Villa since I was a child, for many, many years. I no longer live in Chesterland, but will drive there for one of the best custards. Went there for the first time this year. Did this change ownership and stop making custard? What I had did not taste like custard at all. Just soft serve ice cream. Very disappointing, I will no longer take the trip out there.Ā
