Have a drunk aggressive lately always harassing and driving drunk in the trailer park. Numerous complaints have been filled and nothing gets done about it. This lady has also hit me with her vehicle intentionally. The lady who lives on the left as soon as you pull in, drives a silver Toyota sedan. WATCH YOUR KIDS AROUND HER. She is the reason this park is unsafe!
Expensive for the homes in the park. Old homes fixed up are great but why pay for them as if they were new? Mobile home depreciate like cars not brick and mortar houses. They can't seem to fix the porches up to code
A nice quiet mobile park.
Nice little park. Cleaning it up and moving it a lot of new homes so definitely on the up tick. Good location right off highway and just a few mins to the interstate. Out of city feel tucked away but still close to shopping and entertainment.
