Best hidden gem
Trashy place and way expensive lot rent with no amenities.
This place continually raises monthly rent and charges for more of the water than 3 years ago when I first moved in. This place is old, and the pipes break at least 1x every year, which shuts water off to the tennants. Management is a joke and changes almost yearly. Now, they will not take any form of payment except electronic through connection to your bank or thru walmart pay plan.
