Negligent, I used to love this place but lately all they care about is money and shoving pets out the door. I have to have another surgery on my pug because they rushed and didn't repair a belly button hernia.And I had to put my cat down for a botched bladder stone surgery, the staff was very cold and uncaring. Dr Hale is awful and obviously inexperienced. They wiped out my bank account and all I got was a dead beloved pet.
