Highly recommend not using this company. They took over five months to get a permit pulled. Still never got the permit pulled. I never signed a contract. They still charged me hourly because they were upset I didn’t want to move forward. They charged me $2200 hourly to contact the city when I told the owner I could do it my self. This company is desperate & hurting for money,
