A burned out headlight bulb, an annoyance for the first half hour of the day. On the phone, Robert said stop in at your convenience and I'll change it for you. Fully 2 weeks later, I stopped in. Robert immediately dropped what he was doing and fixed it. Less than 5 minutes, then a big smile and a thumbs up. You're good to go. Service can't get any better!
I dont have any issues with the service but I'm very confused why I was charged 50 bucks for hazmat fees on a tire job. Tire disposal was a separate fee. Just two random charges labeled "hazmat" with no further explanation even when I called in to check.
Good customer service along with clear communication, and quality repairs are a hard combination to beat. Great job!
Had an oil change done recently. The communication was great and a job well done. Would highly recommend them!
